Today is a weird news day on CNN.

They spent 5min reporting on a family in Africa - the 16 year old is now in charge of raising her own child plus 5 of her siblings because her mother died of AIDS. Two of her siblings have AIDS. They spent five minutes reporting on this, without giving any possible ways for people to help, just “look at what’s going on in Africa.”

They have spent 20+ minutes talking about the mansions that burned down in California.

I’m sorry, but I think the story of the teenage mother of 6 is possibly a bigger human tragedy than the loss of Suzanne Somers’ mansion.

Oh wait, you say something is going on in Darfur? Somalia? What? OMG FREAKING MANSIONS BURNED DOWN.

I hate TV news, even CNN is really just a local news channel, and I really hate local news. BAH!
